Adding Athletes to a Team:
Org Admins can add athletes to a team. This allows any coaches and medical staff to view the information of those athletes and be alerted of any injuries or updates.
Click on the “Manage Athletes” tab at the left
Select the athletes you would like to add to a team by clicking on the box next to their name
Use the Filters at the top to narrow down the list to teams that the athletes are already on.
Use the search bar to search for a specific athlete
Scroll down the page and use the list to find your desired athletes
Or, select all of the athletes in the list by checking the box next to “Check all displayed athletes”
Once you have selected your desired athletes, click the blue “Manage Athletes’ Teams” button.
In the popup, you will see the teams that the athletes are already a part of. Use the text box to type in and select a club and team to add the athletes to.
Double-check the selected athletes, click the trash can to remove any you don’t wish to add. Click the white “Submit” button and confirm by clicking “Submit” on the warning that pops up.
Select another team to add the athletes to or click the blue “Finish” button to return to the select athletes page.
