Inviting Many Athletes at Once:

Org Admins can easily invite many athletes to Player’s Health Rehab at once. However, athletes must be uploaded one team at a time and athletes over 18 years old must be uploaded separately from youth athletes.

For youth athletes:

To invite many youth athletes at once, navigate to the Bulk Athletes Management tab.

From here, download the Youth Athlete Invitation Template. On your computer, complete this template for all of the athletes you wish to invite. Use the first two columns to add information about the athlete’s guardian and a contact email. Then, enter the athlete’s first name, last name, and gender. Columns with an asterisk (*) are required.

Once you have a document with the information of the athletes you would like to invite, go back to the Bulk Athletes Management page and type in and select the club and team you would like to invite athletes to. Then, click the blue “Choose” button to select the file with the athletes’ information.

Select the file and click “Open”.

The list of youth athletes will upload and automatically send an email invitation to the email listed for their guardian.

Note: If the selected file has a different format from the template or the template is filled out incorrectly, Player’s Health Rehab will return an error message when it is uploaded.
