The purpose of the Bulk Request function is to allow users to request multiple COIs at once via a CSV File.
To get started, you'll need to download our Bulk Request CSV Template. From there please review the below data fields to make sure you're filling everything out correctly.

Once you upload the Bulk Request CSV with the relevant data, you should see a message letting you know which lines of data were successfully uploaded:
There are three possible statuses that can be displayed based on the data:
Success: This means that your COI has been successfully requested
Success - Reviewing: This means that your COI had special wording which has to be reviewed by our insurance team prior to approving. This typically takes 1-2 business dats
Failed: This means that your COI has NOT been requested. A "failed" messaged typically means that you were either missing a required field, or that the relevant field wasn't in the correct format.
