Make User Active/Inactive

How to Inactivate an active user or reactivate an inactive user in the Safety Hub.

You can Inactivate users from your compliance dashboard to hide them from your view and remove their ability to take compliance requirements. This is a reversable action that can be reverted at any time.


Inactivating a user



To inactive a user, first click on the checkbox next to their name in the compliance tab

A popup bar will appear at the bottom of the screen with a variety of actions.
Choose "Make Inactive" to inactivate the user.

A dialog box will appear to confirm this action. Press "confirm" to proceed with the inactivation.

Reactivating a User

You can reactivate a user at any time.
To do so, first use the filter bar to filter by inactive users:
Scroll down to the "User Status" Field, select "Inactive", then click "Apply Filter"

Once you've located the inactive user to reactivate, click on the checkbox next to their name.

A popup bar will appear at the bottom of the screen with a variety of actions.
Choose "Make Active" to reactivate the user.

A dialog box will appear to confirm this action. Press "confirm" to proceed with the reactivation.
