If you've received an "Authentication Failed" error, this means that you did not confirm your account via the account verification step. To remedy this, you'll need to find the Account Verification email in your inbox sent from [email protected], and click "Confirm my account". This will present you a link to go back to the platform (Safety Hub). There you'll be able to login and go through the 2-factor authentication method. It is easiest to select the SMS (Text Message) option. By following these steps,it will unlock your ability to login to your account and utilize all the Safety Hub functions (request certificates, add insureds or cert holders), file claims, etc).

If your activation email has expired, please let us know at help.playershealth.com and we'll be able to help resend the email.
