How to Resend an Invitation
As an administrator, you may resend an invitation to a user that has already been invited to the system. Sometimes users misplace their initial invitation email, or their invitation has expired.
To resend this invitation, navigate to the “Pending Users” tab on the left.
Once there, you’ll see the list of all invited users, as well as their last login date.
To resend an invitation, just click the blue “Resend” button to send a new invitation to their email.
You can also click the pencil icon next to the resend button to change the email address that the invitation should be sent to.
